Refund & Return Policy

At Sari Katha, we want you to love every piece you receive. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 3 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Once we receive the returned product, it will undergo a quality check. After successful verification, your refund will be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product. The refunded amount will be credited to your original method of payment.

Please note that any return shipping charges (if applicable) will be the responsibility of the customer unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
